The pen arrived in good shape, so no real complaints there. I just felt like it was a little plain for the price, especially when opening it up. Nothing was damaged, but I guess I expected it to feel a bit nicer

I was trying to buy a refill for my pen, but the product details just made it more confusing. One page seemed to say one thing, another page said something else, and the actual specs were buried way down where they’re easy to miss. I thought about asking customer service, but I don’t really trust that I’d get a straight or accurate answer, so I just gave up and left without buying anything.

This is a really sturdy little pen and it’s been working great so far. I haven’t had any issues with it at all, and it just feels dependable every time I use it. i’m happy with it.

I went to spacepen.com because they had a promo showing and I figured I could use it on the pen I wanted. But the code just would not apply and it kept saying it was not valid with no real explanation.

I tried a few times and even came back during another sale but ran into pretty much the same thing. It feels like the discounts are just there to get you onto the site more than anything else and that was annoying.

I really like how small and solid this pen feels in my pocket. I’ve taken it on a few trips now, and it never leaked or got in the way. It writes well too. The only thing is I kind of wish it was a little lighter, but it’s still super handy to have around.

I tried to pay the way I normally do, but it just wouldn’t let me. annoying, and it made me wonder why the options are so limited in the first place

My order from spacepen.com was mostly right, but one of the refill colors wasn’t the one I picked?! The pen itself was totally fine and arrived in good shape, so it wasn’t a huge deal. Still, it was a little annoying because I specifically wanted that exact color. I’d probably order again, but I’d definitely double-check everything when it shows up.

I needed a couple refills for my old Space Pen and wasn’t sure how easy they’d be to track down, but I was pleasantly surprised. The site made them simple to find, checkout was smooth, and the refill fit perfectly when it arrived.
I’m giving it 4 stars only because a few colors and sizes seem to go out of stock from time to time. Still, it’s really nice that they keep replacement options available for older pens...

I was expecting a lot more for the money, but it just didn’t feel worth it at all. For what you actually get, the price is kind of ridiculous, what a joke.

I might just be using it wrong, but the ink seems to skip sometimes while I’m writing. It’s not constant, and when it works it’s fine, but it can be a little annoying when I’m trying to write smoothly.

The pen itself works fine and feels nice enough. To be fair, the engraving isn’t awful, but it came out lighter than I expected and is a little hard to read. I was just hoping it would look a bit cleaner for the price.

Right from the start, the checkout process seemed straightforward and easy to get through. I did run into one small payment hiccup, but it wasn’t a big deal and everything worked out in the end.

I collect Fisher Space Pens, spacepen.com makes it way too easy to keep grabbing the ones I’m missing. I’ll go on just to browse and then immediately spot a finish or model I don’t have and think, yep, need that. Everything has shown up in nice packaging and in good shape, which I really appreciate as a collector. I also like checking back for special editions because those are hard to pass up. Shipping has been fine, and I haven’t had any issues with my orders so far. Overall, I’m really happy with it.

I couldn’t believe it — I was there needing help, and no one bothered to assist me. Like, give me a break. It shouldn’t be that hard to get a little basic customer service.

I checked out spacepen.com thinking there’d be a bigger mix of styles and colors, but the selection felt limited. A lot of the pens looked really similar, and the ones I was hoping to find just weren’t there. My gut was telling me to keep looking elsewhere, which was kind of disappointing for a site that’s all about pens.

I really expected better from Space Pen. It does write upside down like they claim, so that's cool, but on regular paper mine feels kind of scratchy and skips sometimes. The ink flow just isn't as smooth as I'd like. It's fine for quick notes here and there, but for the price, I don't think it feels nice enough

I ordered from spacepen because I really liked the design, and to be fair, it does look sharp in person. It writes fine and definitely has that cool desk-accessory vibe. That said, once I actually used it for a while, it felt shorter than I expected and the grip was a little slippery. For quick notes it’s totally okay, but when I tried writing longer stuff, my hand got tired fast. I don’t think it’s a bad pen at all, just maybe better for looks or occasional use than everyday writing

So... every pen I tried to pick was out of stock again. Kind of frustrating, because I just wanted to grab a few and move on.

i mean, I’ve always wanted one of these just for the cool bit of history behind it. Turns out it actually writes really nicely too, so I’m happy with it.
